Orhan Onder

Orhan Onder completed his medical degree from Marmara University in 2019. During his medical education, he studied at Comenius University as an exchange student and worked as a clinical trainee in Palliative Care Center in Mainz Johannes Gutenberg University. He also studied Arabic and Islamic Sciences at Istanbul Foundation for Research and Education (ISAR) and completed four years of the Extra-Curricular Honors Program. And he attended the II&M internship program in 2019 and conducted research on “The Faculty of Responsibility: A Key Concept to Cope with The Ethical Challenges Medical Students Face”. After medical school, he worked as GP in the emergency department, COVID-19 ICU, and in a family clinic. Now he is continuing his Ph.D. research on “AI Ethics in Healthcare” at Istanbul University and working as a Lecturer in the Department of History of Medicine and Ethics at Marmara University.
